Would recommend this company 100%! Andy was our technician and he was prompt, knowledgeable and worked in a very clean way, making sure to protect our floors. Pricing was fair and I would definitely use this company again if needed.

Are you kidding me? These folks are 5 thumbs up. My 25 year old dinosaur furnace quit working on me this past week when it was 13 degrees outside. High Altitude was here the next day - I obtained 3 bids - no one matches High Altitude for prompt service and best price anywhere! I signed the proposal and they were here the next morning doing a professional and awesome install of a new furnace. Exceptional Customer Service and Price. David needs a $$ raise! Awesome technician.

We had repair work done on our air conditioner last spring by another company. That young man had to keep calling into his office to try to figure things out. Then when winter hit, we could not get our furnace to work. We called that company back to see if someone could get our heat going because winter hit hard. They could not send someone for a week and it was really really cold in the house. I called High Altitude. They sent someone out that evening and we were very grateful to get it fixed

They did an excellent job and were very quick to get the job done. They came out for a service appointment on Monday and by 2:00 pm the next day had the new equipment installed!

Eric and his team at High Altitude Heating and Air are top notch. I've been using their services as our preferred HVAC service provider for our Property Management business. I've used this company for annual fall-maintenance, furnace & AC repairs as well as full end-to-end system replacements. Highly reliable, honest and professional. They are always my first call for any HVAC related issues I have. Highly recommend!

They do a great job! I switched from home heating and cooling. They treated me like they were doing me a favor and treated me rude. So now I use High Altitude and they were through and even cleaned my air conditioner coils! They set me up with a yearly service with a discount and they call me every year now.

5.0 star rating 7/30/2018 My experience from start to completion with High Altitude Heating & Air was stellar. I couldn't be happier. My experience mirrored other reviewers, and I am all too happy to add another five-star rating (unsolicited) for these folks. I had a water pump fail in a 31 year-old evaporative (swamp) cooler. The unit is in good operating condition, just time for a new pump as the last had exhausted its service life. I tried myself, but ran into some problems. I first reached out on HomeAdvisor, but that was not a good experience. I booked an appointment with the only pro match, and they booked me an appointment but couldn't tell me their rate other than a trip charge and said they would tell me IF they took the job. I felt they were going to take me for a ride. It was a large HVAC firm. I thought I'd try on Yelp and found several matches. Eric replied instantly and was positive, helpful, and open. I booked an appointment then and there. Service technician Josh came out and did the job in no time. He was on-time, friendly, forthright, knowledgeable and professional. I was very happy with his work, and I will use High Altitude again for HVAC services, and recommended them to my neighborhood association (I live in a retirement community). Their prices are really reasonable, very good actually and the service and their work is outstanding. Working with them is a great experience.
