Great apartments at a reasonable price. Leslie who works in the office is awesome and super helpful!

This is a nice place to live relatively speaking. I don't think most people understand relative ratings when it comes to reviewing apartment complexes which explains why most complexes have very low reviews. Hopefully this review will give people an idea of what it is actually like to live here and what the pro's and con's are. I have lived here for three months now and while there's nothing really amazing about it, I have not had any major issues either. Which is exactly what you should be expecting out of this price range for units.Location - The immediate area isn't the best, but it's only a 10 minute drive to downtown and Trax is a walk across the street.Maintenance - I have submitted a couple requests since living here and so far they have been up to my apartment within one business day and fixed the problem on the spot. Amenities: The gym is average for an apartment complex but you do have access 24/7. The hot tub is open all year-round but they kick you out at 10:00 p.m. I think. - It would be nice if they would add an actual club-house area with a pool table or ping-pong or something like that. Parking: Yes, guest parking sucks. There are only about 15 guest parking spots. They WILL tow. However, it is necessary because there are barely enough spots for the residents as it is. If you come home anytime after 6:00 you will most likely have to walk a fair distance to the entrance. If you want a guaranteed spot they do sell garage parking for $50/month which is average. Even though the parking situation is not great, you DO NOT have to pay for parking each month. Which for an apartment in or near the city is rare. Most the complexes that I looked at before this one charged about $25/month for a permit and their parking wasn't much better. Media Package: They require you to pay $70/ month for their internet and cable. The internet is good. I am a typical internet user and have never noticed lag or slow speeds. The cable is another story. For one, it's Dish. That would be okay except the receiver they give you is about 10 years old. It still uses RCA cables (which I thought were extinct). So if you have a large TV the quality is terrible. They need to either upgrade the receivers or get rid of the required cable all together because it is terrible. Valet Trash: This is a nice little service but definitely not worth the $25/month that they charge you for it. They only pick up 5 days a week, and they don't seem to take boxes for recycling (unless it's a tiny box and actually fits inside a trash bag). The building has two trash chutes on each floor anyway so I really don't see the point in paying for this service if they don't take bulky items. The management staff is pretty clueless but I have yet to live at an apartment where that's not the case. I give it 4/5 stars because *for the price* it is a good place to live. *so far*

Lived here since last July and moving out at the end of the month when my lease is up. Pros:Comfortable living. It's a good area, and maintenance was usually same day. If we had a problem it was fixed immediately. Management is great! They were always on top of issues. I was just in there the other day and Gabrielle was able to assist me & answered all of my questions about my lease ending. She was great! They were always courteous during the year I spent here. The community is overall friendly. Never had any problems with any of the other renters.Cons:Parking sucks. If you have a guest and they park in a spot that's not guest parking THEY WILL GET TOWED. It's $200 to get it out & those guys come around like every other hour. Dog poop can sometimes build up on the grass. Unfortunately not everybody is good about cleaning up after their pets. Though I've noticed that has improved over recent months.Walls are thin. If your neighbors are loud, you'll hear them.  I had good experiences here and if you're looking for a place that's definitely worth the mula. This is a good one for the price.

Great apartments and location! These other reviews are way to harsh and inaccurate. I've lived here going on 2 years and have really enjoyed it. The manager...

I moved in a few months ago and I really like my apartment. Staff has been great to work with and maintenance is very friendly and top of things. Buildings are secure and parking hasn’t been a problem like my last apartment. Overall I really love living here and would recommend to my friends.

The apartments were very lovely and fantastic value for money. The service we received was excellent throughout the whole stay further to that they booked us a taxi to and from the airport . The location could not be better right next to some amazing land . Highly recommend !!

Meadowbrook Station is a great place to live and the management team is extremely helpful. Location is great and it is nice to have clean interior hallways. I can't wait for spring when they open the pool because all the residents hang out at the cool fire pit and get to know one another. Another plus, no need for a gym membership, fantastic on-site gym with all the equipment I need.
