    Super friendly and down-to-earth staff the moment you walk in. Walked in during the middle of the weekday and I got instant help from Chris Lacusta. Thank goodness for great service and professional, experienced staff. Can't thank Clarkdale more and really hope the electric Tiguan comes out soon so I can get one from this dealership!!!

    We recently picked up our new VW eGolf after a 4-month wait. For those who aren't aware, the wait for these cars is currently between 6 and 12 months. We were thrilled when Kong Vu phoned to let us know our vehicle was coming in. We picked up our new car last week and had an absolute first-class experience with Clarkdale VW. Our sales person Mike Hahn was superb at keeping us updated during our wait period. And once we were handed over to Kong to work out the delivery details, things were just as smooth. On pick-up day, we dealt with the friendly Kamran Sobhani to sign paperwork and hand over our payment. And lastly, we really enjoyed our time with Patrick Conway as he introduced us to the new world of an EV. Great sense of humour and an easy-going attitude. As we walked throughout the dealership, we kept hearing "congratulations" from different people and several shouts of "awesome colour" when we were first taking a look at our new baby. I even heard "you're part of our family now" and I kinda believe it! The gift basket we received was a very nice and unexpected touch.Thank you Clarkdale VW for the fantastic all-around experience. You all made it easy and fun!

    Clarkdale (specifically Chris Lacusta) won me over forever today! I had a flat and when I called to book it in for repair, they were completely full until Wednesday (and my fave service guy, Chris, wasn't available until next week). However, when I emailed to see if they might be able to squeeze me in, not only did they say sure, but Chris contacted me separately to say he was coming in early to handle it himself.  He had the tire repaired while I waited (less than an hour) AND didn't charge me for it (or the wash or vacuum). I didn't even have an appointment!  But the very best part is that I forgot my lunch at his desk and he sent a shuttle to my work to drop it off.  Now THAT's great customer service.Thanks, Chris and Clarkdale.  My love / semi-dislike relationship with you is now full on love / love!

    I was able to scheduled an oil change for my vehicle right away without the hassle of waiting days/weeks for my car to be serviced.  My Service Advisor, Chris Lacusta greeted me as I pulled into the service area, iPad in hand with my appointment pulled up, no wash tags all prepped & ready to put into my vehicle & on my key ring. So efficient & awesome!  He told me my car would be ready in 90 mins, and 90 minutes later, car was ready, invoice was done, I was ready to continue on with my day.  From drop off to pick up, everything was OUTSTANDING!  This isn't my first time dealing with Chris or Clarkdale VW and every single time, Chris has gone out of his way to assist me. One of the most professional service advisors I have ever dealt with. Competent, friendly and accommodating.I also appreciated the customer service I received from Jens Eggers, the Service Advisor Team Lead.  Had a little issue with my car previously, he totally understood my situation and helped me to resolve the issue in a professional & timely matter.These guys are hands down the very best!  They truly understand what customer service really means!

    I would be remiss, if I failed to give Chris Lacusta credit where it is due. This man's Customer Service skills are exceptional, and they don't get any better,  if only they could be duplicated. I come from Langley to this well coordinated Dealership. Thanks, William D.

    Went into Clarkdale to have them look into a warranty issue. Chris Lacusta and Phil Boznick were a great help and their customer service was absolutely impeccable. Chris is probably one of the best service advisors I've encountered - he was thorough, asked all the right questions, and had zero attitude.Phil went on a test drive with me to replicate the issue and went above and beyond into explaining some technical aspects of the car to me and possible areas of concern. He even spotted issues I wasn't bringing my car in for and offered to look into them for me as well. It's rare to encounter a service team that is so receptive to helping the customer in a field where it's so easy to brush people off.

    My friend had a tire torn on his 2015 TDI Golf Sportwagen by a pothole on the second narrows bridge and BCAA came and swapped the little donut from the trunk onto the car but he couldn't get back to Seattle on that!I drove him home and picked up two of his summer tires to have the donut and one snow tire replaced.  He called VW Roadside and when Drake towing came, they wouldn't replace the donut because they said the car was drivable!!  Even though they saw that the donut has a speed rating well below highway speed, they wouldn't replace it!Frustrated I called Clarkdale and even though it was close to closing time, they swapped the snow tire and donut without issue! I wish I had called them first and VW roadside is worse service than my BCAA!!!  Many thanks to Clarkdale Service department for stepping up!!!NOTE: I originally gave 4 starts because of the horrible experience with VW Roadside assistance but realized that is not Clarkdale's fault.

    I just picked up my new GTI and could not be happier. Patrick really took the time to help me understand all the new features in the car (so many to take in after upgrading from an '08 Rabbit, also from Clarkdale), and Devin went above and beyond to bring in my first choice on colour and options even though there seems to be a total lack of supply of new GTI's in the market (in Autobahn DSG) once I was ready to buy. I would  recommend Clarkdale to anyone and everyone who appreciates a dealership that really understands how to create a great customer experience.

    I have been a customer of Clarkdale ever since I bought my first car 50 years ago. I get amazing service and excellent advice every time I go there.  Everyone from Jess on the front desk, to Chris on the service desk, to Kevin at the manager's desk, to the competent technicians behind the scenes that I trust but do not see:  everyone  goes out of their way to be helpful.   I come all the way from Horseshoe Bay to get my little Eos cared for by the staff at Clarkdale, and will continue to do so.  Thanks, Clarkdale!!  (This is a totally voluntary commercial with no prompting or payment by the staff!)Janice Rae

    I have been going to Clarkdale for 3 years and had positive service. I have only dealt with Chis Lacusta. He is friendly, professional and helpful. I bought my 2007 Rabbit from the owner who had bought the car at Clarkdale. The service was seamless as everything had been logged into the system. Like previous reviewers had said, I feel like I can trust him to really tell me what's needed for my car to run at its best without extra unnecessary add-ons. The dealership is also proactive in contacting you for service, which really helps, as I am not really on top of this. Thank you!
