    Customer service at first tried to charge me for services I was not getting. But one representative was very fair and took the time to realize there was a problem with our internet connection. I thank her for that. The technician that stopped by was very friendly and knowledgeable

    The account managers for my apartment were very helpful in getting me set up and the tech was very quick and efficient. Excited to get the updated speed with the digital service now.

    Broadstar initially was a concern having been with a competing company for a very long time. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. When I did have an issue, it was dealt with in a timely and very satisfactory manner. Sorry I did not convert sooner!

    The Broadstar technician that visited to set up my internet was professional, prompt, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. The only reason I am docking a star was because of my experience on the phone with customer service - the first representative that I dealt treated me as if I was a nuisance to her day and ended up disconnecting the call instead of putting me on hold. The second time I called, the service with another representative was great! My internet has been great so far!
