Brought my jeep in for oil change/maintenance on Monday 10/17 and was in and out in 30 min. I also brought up the fact that we had a "We owe you" since April for the dents on our vehicle and we hadn't received a phone call or anything. Fortunately I spoke to Dover (one of the guys in service) and I got a call on Tuesday to bring the jeep in on Wed. To get it fixed. Everything was smooth and simple... Not to mention I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant and the guys working at the service station kept offering me ice chips lol which was awesome.

I had such a great experience at Clear Lake Chrysler Jeep Dodge! Miguel was my technician and he did such a great job on keeping me informed on my vehicle! He listened and was very helpful! He does an excellent job, and I definitely recommend him to anybody! Will be returning for all my services and asking for him again!

Kevin Faulkner was our salesman and he was very nice. We shopped via Internet and had outside financing so we didn't have to haggle which was great. At the financing the process moved fast and while they asked for the regular add on stuff (warranty and gap insurnace) when I declined they didn't continue to push or get rude.

Edit: Michelle and Dorena took care of me wonderfully, explained the situation and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. I would and have recommended clear lake dodge to my friends and they have also had excellent experiences. I purchased a certified pre owned chrysler 200 on July 5. The next day my check engine light came on. I go and speak to the salesman who sold me my car, he tells me he will get it sorted. He brings my car back, tells me it was from the gas cap being loose, and that he got it fixed. I drive a few miles down the road, it comes back on. 3 weeks later after several days of back and forth I dropped my car off with the service department after finding the reason for my check engine light, the active grill. Michelle Paxton was super accommodating in getting a loaner car for me, but the people in the service department are not accommodating at all, they don't even greet you when you walk in. Daniel Quintanilla, my service advisor tells me that the service will take 3-5 days and that everything is still covered under a full factory warranty. 7 days later, I contact Daniel and ask for an update on my car, I am ignored. When I go up to the dealership they tell me they haven't even began service on my vehicle and that there are several cars in front of mine in service orders. After 10 days I finally get an update after days of persistent questioning Daniel. He tells me it will be $700 to fix, despite the fact he told me everything was covered under warranty, and despite the fact that it had been now been exactly 1 month since purchase. I asked when I could pick up my car, due to frustration, I just wanted my car back. The next day I go to pick up my car, texting Daniel when I would be there, he tells me it will be ready when I get there. I arrive at the dealership and wait an hour at the cashier's desk, while she is paging Daniel repeatedly. Mendi(the cashier) apologizes profusely, despite the fact that she has not done anything wrong, but she has been made to feel awkward because of Daniel not responding to any of her pages, leaving her to accommodate me. Mendi has excellent customer service skills, and despite how upsetting the whole ordeal has been, her and Michelle have been very kind and I hope they get the praise that they deserve. I also hope the rest of the staff follow Mendi and Michelle's lead, the buisness would benefit greatly from it. Needless to say, my experience here has been a nonstop disappointment.

Just moved from Chicago and was hoping to find a dealer with a good service department. Josh Ryan was outstanding and was constantly keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. All work was performed quickly and properly. Great job!!

Loved my both of my experiences at Clear Lake Dodge, went in December 2015 and got a Dodge Dart went back in September 2016 and was able to trade in for a 2016 Dodge Charger. Everything from the moment I walked in to the moment I received my keys was amazing, Chris Hodder is the man to go when you're there, he made the whole transaction smooth and fast both times. Would definitely rate it more stars if I could!! Keep up the great work Chris!!!

I had Carmine to assist me and was very pleased. Had appt with someone else but never saw him. Did receive a call from someone who was very rude when I told him I was there and Carmine was assisting me. Who ever he was just hung up on me before I could explain. Glad I got Carmine and not that guy. I would tell everyone you want a car see Carmine, you won't be taking a ride on that arrogant car out of town. You won't be disappointed.

The first experience with the previous regime, horrible! New genealogy manager Brian Wilson was fun to talk to, helpful, and more than willing to accommodate. Thanks to him for everything

I recently relocated to the area and ever since I purchased my vehicle at another Dodge dealership near Dallas I have been able to supply my own oil when I get my oil changed and tires rotated using the Dodge maintenance agreement. However, the Ron Carter Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership of League City would not allow me to supply my own oil and wanted to force me to use theirs, which in my opinion is a lower quality oil and I prefer to use Royal Purple synthetic oil. No reason was given just a "Sorry, my manger said we can't use the oil provided by customers, we can only use ours." The Clear Lake Dodge dealership was able to accommodate me with no problems and said they do it all the time when requested. Ron Carter Chrysler Jeep Dodge of League City just earned a negative reference from me and even though they are a little further away from me the Clear Lake Dodge dealership just earned my business from now on. the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to fit me even though it was the end of the day.
