In 2017 , representing our Bellevue Condo HOA, we contacted three local carpet dealers in Bellevue. Measurements were taken for two long stairwells. Bids were offered, and reviewed by our board officers. We chose Great Floors, represented by Bill Enderle, for our projects.Bill was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable......also, his bid beat the other two by $2000.00.We subsequently had carpeting done in two projects by a super team of installers who were recommended by Bill Enderle;Antonio(lead), Leonardo, Jose, and Anthony(first project only) .These installers were also friendly, professional, very skilled, andworked efficiently as a team !!!My wife and I have dealt with carpet selection and installationin many homes and another condo in the past. This experience with Great Floors was most pleasant.  Thanks !!!Tom Wilder JrBellevue, WA

Great floors did an outstanding job in customer satisfaction, I've picked Armstrong Natural Hickory for 800 sq ft and may be it was in stock they were more flexible. Bill Scott is a great rep. I had my own installation guy but regardless they deliver moreover Bill made sure the delivery should be on time so he hopped on the delivery vehicle and deliver by himself. I opened all the boxes and replace all the faulty planks free of cost and again it might be possible as they were in stock but they did replace all the damaged planks which was incredible. Kudos to Bill and great floor. My floor looks awesome now.

We worked with Gordon Masch to replace all the carpet in our house (8 rooms), and here's how it went:Pros:* Gordon was easy to work with, seemed to know his inventory pretty well, and steered us in the right direction immediately.  He promised quick turnaround and a high-quality installation, and guess what?  Great Floors delivered!* The estimator (I think his name was Tom) called when they said he would, came by when he said he would, worked amazingly quickly and still somehow produced the measurements that allowed them to minimize the yards we had to purchase.* These measurements also allowed them to pre-cut sections of carpet, thus minimizing the actual on-site installation time.* Gordon said the crew would be top-notch, and they were: again, good communication, easy scheduling, they came when they said they would, were careful to protect all our home surfaces, worked hard all day and left the place cleaner than when they arrived.* Since it was such a big job, they had to return for a couple of hours on the second day, so overnight we took a very close look for any flaws that would need correction, but really couldn't find any.  So they quickly finished up and were on their way!* We shopped around at a couple of Big Box stores as well as competing carpet stores, and Great Floors had the best total pricing for the kind of carpet we were looking for...maybe the people complaining about prices were looking at super-high-end or something?  We did lower-end Karastan, and it looks and feels great.*  Good follow-up after the install.  Gordon called and sent a note to make sure we were happy with everything; not everybody does this, obviously.Cons:*  This is not really specific to Great Floors, but it is frustrating how cryptic all the carpet manufacturers and retailers are about disclosing actual carpet specs...this makes it hard to do apples-to-apples comparisons, which I suppose is why they do it.* It's our fault, but because we didn't ask enough questions about the pad quality, we ended up with "rebond" (which it says right on the contract we signed) but if I had it to do over, I might have paid a little more for a higher-quality pad.About 10 years ago we did a whole-house re-carpet (different house), and worked with another local retailer, and that experience was a bit of a nightmare; I was apprehensive this time, but the Great Floors experience was waaayyyyy better.  Thanks!

Worked with Bill Scott. We had all new carpet put in the house. He was amazing. Everything went as planned. Aligned me with other subs for all our flooring needs. Answers the phone and is available for all questions. We are really happy with the end result!

My wife decided she did not like the floors that came with our house (4 years old). First we researched different types and brands of wood flooring. Once we established what we wanted, the search for the best price for the floor was on. Great Floors in Bellevue, turned out to have the best price per square foot. What made this experience so exceptional was the sales person; Jason Kirkland, helpful, friendly and direct. After receiving the initial price, our floor contractor told us to hold off until he checked his sources. Well Great Floors, beat even the contractor price for the floor material. Jason went the extra mile for us and even delivered the material to our home. I highly recommend Jason Kirkland and Great Floors.

Great floors gave us new flooring for our preschool building. We had a great experience with Jason! He was there from the beginning, helping at every chance. We got 4 bids from local flooring companies. They were the cheapest, fastest and well professional. They were competitive to Get the work done beat! Totally recommend and definitely coming back for any other flooring installations. Thank you Jason for your hard work and help! We appreciate it!

Our salesman was Bill Scott. The process did take a while but we are very pleased with the final product. We were trying to match existing  hard wood flooring and there was a bit of back and forth in trying to match it.This worked for us and based on my experience I recommend Great Floors.

We shopped around and found the best cost/value to be here for prefinished hardwoods and carpet. We purchased both materials from the Bellevue store and had their contractors install the carpet in our often-used living room and closet. I saw the negative review on this site, so I was a bit hesitant to use their sub-contractors... I was relieved when the english-speaking installers arrived on time, worked quickly, installed without issue, and cleaned their mess. After a year of using the carpeted area daily, we haven't had an issue and it still looks (with the exception of a few small stains from our 3 year old) and feels great. I would highly recommend both the store (Bill Scott is a fantastic salesman with extensive knowledge who quickly returns calls even after the sale) and the carpet installers.

We had complete floor replacement in one of our properties.  Went with the laminate. floor.  In store experience was great - the associate (unfortunately don't remember the name) spent a long time with us going through the options.  It felt that he fully understood what's important for us and was showing us what we wanted to see. The installation was smooth, and the floor looked great.  I have already recommended this place to a couple of my friends.  Was surprised to see that many others didn't have good experience - probably hit or miss.
