Absolutely the best little computer shop in London town and superb after sales support. Steve and his team of experts are consummate professionals and literally set the standard for UK computer repairs IMHO having replaced drives for me the other week. They were even so patient for me to have another SSD drive sent out as the other one I gave them failed unfortunately. Fast, fair and quality service all around - rest assured you can deal with these guys in absolute confidence!!!

Spoke to Steve and brought my Macbook Air in which had stopped booting - with some kind of problem with the SSD. Simultaneously my backup drive was showing errors so I was really concerned about loss of data. Efficient and pleasant check in. I didn't hear anything for a week but got in touch to be told the computer was nearly ready. Picked up the following morning and the computer was working with no loss of data - a total relief. Upon getting back to work there seemed to be some keychain issues but resolved myself by resetting the keychain. All in all, positive experience. Chiswick Computers fixed my work computer without any loss of data. Could perhaps have had better ongoing communication but the outcome was all that was important. I hope never to go back there but only as a function of not wanting my computer to break again. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chiswick Computers. Thank you Steve and the team.

Steve and Lewis were brilliant ! They explained the problem in a language l understood (lm certainly not computor literate) and outlined the process and what l could expect. At each stage l was notified through my own account which they had set up for me. The costs were incredibly reasonable after the previous place l had used (that’s another story). Doesn’t seem fair you can only award five stars. Great job guys. Thank you !

Very pleased with the service offered by Chiswick Computers. They resolved the problem with my computer in a prompt and efficient manner and at a very reasonable cost. Couldn't ask for more.

I cannot recommend Chiswick Computers highly enough and I am indebted to Steve and his team for their recent help. I went to them with a MacBook Air's damaged screen and not only were they able to source and fit a refurbished screen at a fraction of the price of a new one from Apple but they got me up and running in the meantime with the recommendation of an external monitor. However, where they were most impressive was in resurrecting a MacBook Air on which I had spilled wine two years earlier and which Amsys in Soho had been unable to resurrect (despite ripping me off for over £100.00 for the disservice of non-repair - don't go near those cowboys). Steve of Chiswick Computers suggested I bring that laptop in and if they weren't able to resurrect it then there'd be no fee. And Hallelujah - after two years lying dormant and pronounced dead it was up and running again. Impressive!

First time I've been to Chiswick Computers. Steve quickly identified likely source of problems with my iPad Mini. Two days later repairs were completed, within quoted cost, and it now works better than it ever did. I recommend them unreservedly.

Mac Mini 2012 fan cable connector (on the logic board) broke during me cleaning out the inside. Took here, and they managed to *properly* fix the connection on the board, thus they could reattach the fan, for £150 VAT-inc. (NB: a simple cheaper re-solder wouldn't have done the job correctly, as other shops were wrongly suggesting!) Took 5 working days, but I eventually received back a working usable machine, without having data loss either, hence didn't have to reinstall my backup data back on to said machine. The only thing of improvement is perhaps their online ticket tracking system, which wasn't really utilised effectively. But SMS/email comms were fine anyway. Thanks Steve.
