Have been working with ExpiTrans for over 2 years. Danny is my go to person here especially with my high risk and difficult merchants. He finds that solution and makes it happen for my merchants! He is an asset to me, my merchants and ExpiTrans. Always appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond.

Noreen Kaim and Expitrans have been an asset to the New York Chiropractic Council. They are an Affinity Partner of the Council and their sponsorship has been a great benefit to our organization. I am a merchant rep that sells processing services for all types of businesses. I came into a situation where I needed help getting a medium risk business approved to accept credit card transactions. Danny, at Expitrans was a tremendous help and walked me through the process. Without ExpiTrans I would not have been able to help my customer. If you need help getting your merchants up and running, ExpiTrans is the company to use.

Our company has worked with Expitrans for several years. During this time we have had some unique issues with our phone service affecting our charge card machines. We have had issues with unique charge cards. We have received personalized service every time. We are able to call and talk to a real person 90% of the time. Occasionally we have to leave a message but that has lessened in recent years. Our guys work in a shop with machinery and they hate calling for help and working with most things electronic. Expitrans staff are always helpful and the guys are getting more willing to call when they have an issue. I have learned to email when I have a question; today for example I just wanted to ask about all the "added charges" and didn't expect an answer for days or weeks. Five minutes! I had a response. We are not a particularly big customer but never feel this effects the service we receive. And I am always asking questions if something doesn't work well for us! We receive frequent hard sells from other services who assure us they can give us same service for less. I call or email Expitrans and ask - they are always willing to explain. Be careful there are lots of callers who say they are just calling to help you and sound like they are calling from Expitrans but they aren't - call and check it out!
