I decided to write this review for people who hear about this place and hesitant to go there because there are not enough reviews and stars to have them make a decision. After visiting two different places about an implant before I visited Right Time Dental, considering my high plan dental insurance, which pays 50% of an implant, I was told that I need to spend lots of money to get it done. Then, I decided to go to Mexico to get the 3rd opinion on this. They tried to rip me off and asked me to get 5 crowns for the ones that I don't even need anything done. Then, I decided to pay the money and get the implant done in Phoenix. At the end, I found this place. I was not planning on getting the implant done here yet I just decided to visit the place. Dr. Curtis was the one consulting me and answering all of my questions after an examination. After our conversation and my many questions, I decided to work with them. I got the tooth extracted by Dr. Curtis in August and he explained the healing process. About a week later, because of the pain, I called the office, and they accepted me on the same day to see if it was a dry socket. This time, Dr. Staple examined it. He explained the healing process again and renewed the medication for the pain. About a month later, since the extracted tooth was big, the socket was not completely closed, and I was worried about it. I called the office, and they accepted me on the same day again to see what's going on. Dr. Staple was the one examined it and told me that soft tissue is completely healed and the harder tissue is still covering to soft tissue, and it will be fine soon. He also mentioned that we don't need to postpone the implant. So far, my experience with everyone in the office, including Karen and Denine is very positive. I will update this review after my implant is completed in November.
