Our strength and conditioning based workouts include: Plyometrics, Speed and Agility, Endurance, Core Stability and Strength Training. You do not have to be an athlete to benefit from our workouts; we cater to all fitness backgrounds from beginner to advanced. Unlike your average conventional gym, we provide a warm and friendly environment where your peers will become your family and you will never feel judged or out of place. We strive for our customers to walk out of the door feeling stronger and more confident than they did walking in.     BreakoutFitness is the place to go for overall body workout. Toney and Evan will work with you and make sure you reach your goals. They are awesome!!!! They will modify any exercise so you still get a great workout. We all workout together as a team and encourage each other. It’s my other family.     If you want to get and shape and be in the best shape of your life then Breakout Fitness is the place to be. You have two of the best trainers that will not only help you achieve your goal but will ensure you are doing the exercises correctly. Once you join you will definitely ask yourself why didn’t I do this sooner.

    Breakout Fitness is a facility where you go places you never thought possible with your fitness. It does not matter what level you are. If you can’t do something there are modifications. The trainers are top notch, knowledgeable and encouraging. They are always doing different things to get you closer to your goal. Yes, they actually care about the individual person and the goal and push you to achieve your goal. Since I’ve started I have lost weight, got stronger and have more energy.

    Breakoutfitness is a one of a kind gym. It’s my home away from home. Toney and Evan are amazing trainers and will always provide a challenging workout. I been at the gym for a year, have lost over 50 pounds and have changed my lifestyle dramatically.

    Breakout Fitness is awesome! Such a positive, friendly and fun environment. Evan and Toney always give you such a great and challenging workout. They will push you to do workouts you didn't think that you could, but they are also always aware of each and everyone's abilities and capabilities. I definitely recommend this gym to people of all ages and levels!

    As a former college athlete I needed to find new ways to push myself and going to a regular gym everyday got boring for me. So I decided to try breakout about a year ago and I've loved the results this far! Evan and Toney are incredible trainers who know how to push me. I'm always doing something different and the workouts they make are so unique that I never find myself bored. I'm stronger than I've ever been and competing in their last fitness challenge proved to me that anything is possible!

    Great people, great atmosphere, great workouts! Every time I go, I leave feeling beat, but it's always worth it! The trainers, Evan and Toney always push me to the limit to have the best workouts! I would definitely recommend this gym to anybody!

    Breakout Fitness is a fabulous place to work with outstanding trainers, Toney and Evan, to reach your fitness goals. The workouts are challenging and the feeling of accomplishment is great. Toney and Evan's knowledge allows them to challenge all fitness levels and create modifications as needed.     I really enjoy working out with breakout fitness. Toney and Evan are always motivating and encourage me to surpass my expectations. Never boring and always different. I look forward to every workout!
