I would highly recommend a stay at Inn on La Loma Plaza. Peggy and Jerry are absolutely 2 of the best hosts you can imagine. We stayed in a queen room with a fireplace. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable and we were very grateful for the A/C. The bathroom was huge! Our room had a mini fridge and coffee maker as well. It was very comfortable. The courtyard is beautiful and the shared spaces are cozy and filled with interesting artifacts. The breakfast is AMAZING. Gourmet, home-cooked meals as well as fruits, cereals, and baked goods. Peggy even makes little smoothies in champagne glasses, which are such a delicious morning treat. We will definitely be back!

Staying at Inn on La Loma Plaza was part of our beautiful Taos experience. The Anasazi Suite is beautifully appointed, ultra comfortable & the inn is a short walking distance from the plaza. AND, breakfast is fantastic, including great coffee. Innkeepers, Jerry & Peggy Davis , along with their kind & friendly staff, made us feel at home.

Although it's only short walk to 2 fine museums and the old Taos Plaza, there's no traffic noise; this is more of a countryside setting. Afternoon snacks were enjoyed on the expansive lawn surrounded by beds of daisies. Jerry Davis the innkeeper was most helpful pointing out local attractions. The jewel of the inn is Jen, who cooks up a morning special egg dish that's not to be missed, along with a fresh fruit frappe. Be sure to use the directions that they'll send to you; because GPS is not to be trusted in anywhere in Taos, carry a map.
