Super clean, good vibe, excellent coffee. Minor annoyance is the missing channel guide.

Best Value - I gave 5 stars to this review because of excellent value you get for the money you pay; $47.50/day + tax regular price $250/week + tax weekly rate Will give you receipt for 2 weeks paid in advance if you need it for whatever reason Positive: Nicely located nearby University of Oregon campus and downtown Eugene Clean rooms Friendly staff Free coffee all day at reception Pets allowed and yard area for walking the pets adjacent to the motel TV and small refrigerator in room and you can get a microwave oven if you request it All bathroom fixtures and all appliances works impeccable Solid rock Wi-Fi system, excellent speed Except the Maid and No Disturb tag there is no other flier in the room versus other hotels/motels where is no place to use on the nightstands and all furnitures because of the hotel/ad fliers.... Great sound insulation - I was concerned about the street noise. Well, despite that it is a relatively old building it looks that it is ver well insulated for noise. Passing train nearby is the only noise you will notice but for some reason I never got up during the night because of the train noise. Bottom line is that you can not beat the price and if you look for a clean, decent place to spend a night this is the best value you can find. This is the very best value hotel/motel I find ever in all my life. Definitively I will come back here when I will need a room in Eugene.

I agree with the reviewer who said it's a decent enough place and the people are nice. As long as you don't get a room along the tracks (north side), the noise isn't really that bad. Just don't get one along the north end and you'll be OK.
