    I completed a nursing home telephone shop which required I receive some brochures from the facility and forward them to Shopper's View. That first experience went so well that I immediately signed up to do another. Unfortunately, the second shop didn't run quite as smoothly. The nursing home did not have the paperwork I was required to obtain and did not know when that would be available. I called them back a week later and, when they still didn't know when the brochures would be back from the printer, I contacted Shopper's View to ask what I should do. I was given new instructions and complied with Shane's request, and I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that upon completing the shop I had been paid early. In all the time I have been mystery shopping I have never had a company pay me substantially earlier than the scheduled pay date. I went the extra mile on this shop and Shane and Shopper's View made me glad I did. I hope I have the opportunity to work for them again soon.

    My shopper experience with Shoppers' View Mystery Shopping associates has always been highly satisfying. Their associates are highly responsive in scheduling shops, providing comprehensive shop guidelines, thoroughly evaluating shopper reports with beneficial feedback to improve shop report evaluations. In addition, the Shoppers' View online mystery shop site is highly user friendly and efficient by providing shoppers with practical, helpful and thorough shop instructions, tools and procedures that expedite shop report completions and payments to shoppers.

    The Staff at Shoppers View are the best! Every call from them has been short and to the point, which I appreciate, because it lets me know, they value my time as much as I do theirs. Everyone one has been polite and unhurried. They always ask if there is anything they can do for me and thank me for helping.

    I've worked with Joel F over the past several months and I'm sorry to see him leave Shoppersview. His creativity shined when he posted his mystery shops online. He was always available to answer questions and give great advice, especially to new shoppers. Will his category of shops be available soon through Shoppersview?

    The technical aspects of the research call center were very easy to use and offered useful tools in documenting the calls. The survey was well constructed.
