    To say that Scott Criss and his crew went above and beyond would be an understatement.     Overall, I/we had a great experience with your team. The few items that caused me anxiety were quickly and efficiently handled by your staff. The best advice you gave me was early on when you said the first week or two was going to be very busy. You were right and I appreciated the frank language that prepared me to get ready to run the race fast early on and pace myself the next weeks.
