Ray was an amazing salesman. He was very personable, professional and went through great lengths to get me what I wanted. The whole process was smooth and I am completely satisfied! I will be referring everyone I know to Fiesta Kia!

My experience at Fiesta Kia was great. Drew Hager, President of Sales was fantastic. He never pressured but informed us of all the features of the 2016 Sorento. He went above and beyond to make sure he had a satisfied customer. Mike was just as great. They have impeccable customer service skills. We will be back when it is time to get another car.

I gave Kia a 5!!! Estevan (Service Writer) gave us the ultimate service, care and made our visit very smooth and convenient. Empathized, always addressed us by our names, gave excellent customer service and went above and beyond! I wasn't too thrilled with the mechanics work but thank Goodness, Estevan was on top of things and tried his absolute best to make my experience better! I can't thank you enough! Hopefully, next time if the same tech works on my car, he'll be more prideful in the work he does!!! I was super close to give Kia a 4 but Estevan deserves a 5+!

My Salesmen Drew was AWESOME! He was not a pushy salesmen but very informative and helped me make the best car choice decision. He explained all my car features and really took his time. He deserves the best customer service award in my eyes. I also want to recognize the young guy walking around the floor room with snacks. He sure did make sure I was being helped & asked if I needed any thing. I'm not sure what his title was but he deserves a KUDOS.

We bought a car through Fiesta Kia in December, and from first walking in the door to returning for oil changes, everyone has been wonderful. It's been the easiest car-buying and car-maintenance experience. Thank you team!

I used to be weary of dealerships as they are known to be notoriously expensive, but since I started taking my car for routine maintenance and inspections, I have to say that I am incredibly pleased. The techs at the dealership have such an acute attention to detail, I couldn't see my car in any better hands.

Edited 8/4/16: Please see original post below. The day after I posted the original review, finance called and offered me the original rate. After my salesman got wind of what happened, he got another $1500 knocked off the price. So, I saved 1.09% APR and an additional $1500. This makes me believe that management and ownership are willing to make things right. Just be careful when dealing with finance and do not sign anything until it's guaranteed in writing. It is a money business after all. Finally, service was able to get my car fixed and apologized for the gas mishap. The car took much longer than expected and came back with a white powder all over the interior and some of the exterior. None of this is service's fault. The body shop kept delaying the finish date and definitely left my hatch open when working on the sanding. I bumped my post up a star because ownership made things right. Sales is 5 stars all day, Finance is about 2 stars, Service 4 stars, and Management/Ownership 5 stars for doing the right thing. I would happily buy another car from here or recommend a friend. Original Post (3 stars on 7/26/16): The good: My salesman, Rafael was great. From start to finish, he has taken care of me in every way possible. I told him exactly what I wanted and within minutes, I was test driving the car I would later purchase. The bad: The wait time from test driving to actually getting back to finance was about 4 hours. This was pretty brutal. You lose all the excitement. However, they take your car keys from you, so you can't leave either. Just a heads up. The service department is so-so. I purchased my new car with a deep scratch on the back of it. I took my car in to have them look at it and they referred me to a body shop. By refer, they told me the name of the place and sent me on my way. They didn't offer to call and set up an appointment for me. They didn't even give me an address or a phone number. This place barely had any information online and the number I found continuously went to voicemail. I texted Rafael and he came to the rescue. I brought my car in for service and they gave me a rental to use while it was in the shop. The ugly: First, the rental they gave me had NO gas in it. I barely made it down the street and luckily into a gas station. What kind of rental comes without gas? I would understand if the reason the car was being serviced was my fault, but it was pre-existing damage. Combine that with the little assistance I got from service the day before and you'd understand my frustration. Second, and this is my fault, but finance definitely pulled a fast one on me. I was quoted a lower interest rate, similar to what I've always had with Kia. I was also told I could get an even lower rate if I gave up part of the rebate, which I later found to not be true. Meaning I could have had any rate and the rebate. Well, long story short: I was told the bank was backlogged with loans and to just sign a higher interest rate quote "just in case". Well, guess what rate the bank came back with? The "just in case" rate. Not what I was originally quoted or even close. My credit score is at 751 and I received a better rate with a 700 three years ago. I have no doubt in my mind I would have received that rate again if I did not sign that quote. Once again, this is my fault for not waiting to get an official offer. However, hopefully my review sheds light on this for future shoppers. Overall, the experience was not bad. Rafael was pretty straight forward with me and gets everything done that I need. Service has been so-so and finance was pretty shady to me. It would be a one or two star review if it were not for Rafael, who is most definitely 5-star worthy.

I had a great experience at Fiesta Kia. Charles Scott was the best salesman I have worked with. No pressure, no sales tactics, just helpful. Jeff made closing the sale simple and Julie made the financing part of it a breeze. It is worth your time to stop in if you are in the market for a car.
