    From the moment we entered the dealership my husband and I were treated with exceptional respect and (yes) courtesy by every member of the staff who worked with us. We needed a vehicle that I could drive around town, and that we could 'flat' tow behind our motorhome. Darrack found the perfect solution for us. The finance folks were great and carefully explained everything to us in detail. We are extremely pleased with our entire experience, and I love my new (used) car.

    A huge shout out to Arlene and Russ for getting me into my new 2019 Honda HR-V sport! They both made this process so easy from transitioning from a Honda Civic. I am so comfortable with both of them and they ALWAYS go the extra mile. I have been a loyal Honda customer from 2016.. no better place to get a car then at Bill Pearce Honda from Arlene and Russ!     I would like to highly commend Arlene Stout for her outstanding performance as our sales representative while buying a new Honda Pilot. Arlene’s professionalism, knowledge and expertise were truly amazing. She provided us excellent training and followed up several times. She was honest and straightforward about cost and financing and we did not feel pressured in any way. I would hope that any performance review by Bill Pearce Honda would recognize what a truly fine employee she is.

    As I have said before-Bill Pearce Honda has the best service department I have ever used. This has been over ten years of service. I have owned many cars in different states and this is the best. All of the service reps are courteous, know their products and actually care about the customer. I have purchased 3 cars at this dealership and have serviced them all at Bill Pearce Honda and plan to continue into the future.

    My wife and I are very impressed with the people at Bill Pearce Honda. We bought a certified used Honda. We discovered later that the audio console and front speakers were defective. The certified group refused to fix it so Bill Pearce Honda fixed it at their expense. Special thanks to David M in Sales and Betty in Service. Both were very helpful in getting the job done and keeping us informed. Also thanks to upper management that made the decisions.

    Russell Martinez provided superior customer service to my wife and me for the purchase of our Certified Used 2017 Ridgeline. We were very pleased with his attention to detail, professionalism, knowledge about the vehicle and every nuance of the transaction process. I am very impressed with the dealership. Everyone made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout the process from the test drive to showing us some of the features on the vehicle as we left the dealership… well past closing time.

    I called to make an appointment for a recall on my car and they let me know it would take around 3 hours. When I got there Pedro Mendoza greeted me and took care of my paperwork and let me know where I could wait for my car. I set up my computer, and started to do some work. Before I knew it Pedro came up to me and said my care was done. I was very surprised because it was only about an hour later. He said he didn't want me to have to wait to long so he made sure it got taken care of.

    The people at Bill Pearce Honda are exceptional! My sales person is Darrick Cummings, The used car manager is Drew Ha. Both of these gentlemen have shown me the most extraordinary professionalism as well as extreme personal kindness. My story is long and I won’t get into it, I just want to do a shout out to both of them. They are amazing. Rich in the maintenance department has always been there for me as well. Can’t go wrong with this dealership. I can’t say enough positive about all of them
