This was my first experience in a facility like Gardens on Quail. I have to admit that I was impressed with care I received for 2 weeks.

I did not want to come here but due to a 2 week infusion for an antibiotic my family thought this would be the best choice. I was very childish & obstinate & thought I should be home. The staff was amazing & made me feel at home & very comfortable. The time went very fast.

I had a good experience at Gardens on Quail. After my surgery I needed a couple of weeks to get stronger and all the staff seemed to work well as a team to bring my strength and endurance up. The facilities were great and the staff was generally excellent. They were also very good to my husband who stayed with me during this time. The food was certainly okay but not especially outstanding. If I need another rehab stay I will most certainly go back to the Gardens on Quail.

With a few snags I rate Gardens with a 4 star. Major concerns include changes and mix up in medicines - lost, delay, and wrinkled clothes, cold meals when delivered - and most concerning high cost for drugs. Hopefully our drug insurance is used. People are great, and care is adequate for our needs. Gardens is well maintained but costs are on the high side. Weekends are short staffed.

Gardens on Quail is a very nice facility, well-maintained, and spacious. It has a very good value, the staff is very friendly, and when you ask questions, you don’t feel you’re being rushed because they have to attend to somebody else. I saw people doing physical therapy, but my dad doesn’t want any of that.

This facility is state of the art!! My Mom is staying here as she recovers from a broken hip. We were given a tour by the incredible Terri (Concierge) prior to my Mom coming here and she reassured us that ANYTHING we ever needed for my Mom would be taken care of. She was absolutely right! My Mom has the most incredible therapists! She was evaluated by a PT and OT within 24 hours of arrival and all therapies have been delivered 1-3 times a day by PT's, OT's, COTA's and PTA's. They also offer Speech-Language services. There are living room family areas in all of the neighborhoods and we felt very welcome (and a part of therapy!) There are tv's, small refrigerators and microwaves in each room. The CNA's and Nurses are fantastic!! I must give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Dena, Lindsey, Frankie and Jennifer!!! Outstanding service from these 4 ladies in particular!!!!! I can not say enough wonderful things about this rehab facility. One heads up.... My mom was a bit confused about why she was working on certain things during therapy. I think it is a great practice to include the patients in the rehab goal setting and planning. That way, the therapists could know what is most important to the patient and collaborate and share goals. A small detail in an extraordinary facility!! Thank you so much for all that you are coming for my Mom!!!

What a beautiful place. I got to visit Gardens on Quail because my aunt had a stroke. Everyone was very warm. The therapists are awesome. State of the art facility and gym. Residents are very well taken care of. Doesn't get any better.

Silverado was referred to us. We chose this place because my sister has dementia. They’re very good on all aspects. They’re caring, friendly, and work well with patients and people. They have good food. They have a putting green for those who play golf, exercise, walking, they’ll take them out for rides, or have breakfast, they have a lot of outings, and they do a lot of things. They have two people to a large room. My sister is very comfortable and likes it a lot. Silverado meets our needs; they’re very open to talk to us and share with us, and the doctors that come are very good. Dentists also come so the residents don’t have to leave.
