  • Aaron provided detailed and thoughtful feedback on my climbing-related finger injury. He is a great resource for climbers (and everyone) who are seeking therapy.

Devin is friendly at the front counter. Always greeted with a smile and hello, and an offer of a beverage. Carly is amazing as my Physical Therapist. Carly isn't afraid to a be a little aggressive with the therapy. (I need that) she always got new ways to add exercises with and without a ball. Listens attentively and provides feedback equally well. I would recommend MoveMend to anyone who needs physical therapy short or long term. It's a cute little place that doesn't have that "gym" and feel to it like my previous place did.

I went here for some help with rehab on a hand laceration and Aaron really impressed me with his wealth of knowledge. He has come up with several ways to challenge my range of movement and I’m very grateful for it. I highly recommend coming here for any hand therapy.

Very helpful initial consult on a finger injury. We ended up discussing lateral epicondylosis as well. I left feeling confident about the odds for a full recovery and I've been reviewing Aaron's youtube material to supplement our in-person discussion. I'll be recommending Aaron to other climbers and while I'd prefer to just not get injured this will be my first call for future upper-body ailments.

If you are a climber with finger, elbow, or shoulder issues (in other words, a climber ;) ) I recommend Aaron and MoveMend without reservation. Aaron's approach is upbeat, pragmatic, and straight forward. He's an Occupational Therapist and also a trained Strength and Conditioning coach and an accomplished athlete. Being injured is tough mentally as well as physically. Aaron has helped me maintain a positive attitude and to focus on ways I can improve my climbing fitness while recovering from injury. Go see him!

Aaron understood my injury, and also how it related to climbing. I felt like I had a lot of resources to get better. Even though my injury was 4 years old, he was still able to bring me back to basically where I was prior to injury.

Aaron is an exceptional therapist and can only give him the highest recommendation. I received treatment for a very painful case of frozen shoulder; Aaron was extremely thorough and went beyond (for example, connecting with my personal trainer to ensure that my exercise routine was designed with my shoulder recovery in mind). Not only was he attentive and kind, but he delivered each treatment session with a good sense of humor.
