    I think the apartment's off Junction Dr. they are in a very quiet and laid back area. I like it, because the apartment is nice and spacious inside! I love the environment and the school's around the area. I look forward to continuing to do business with Gulf Coast Realty and I will definitely recommend them to anyone

    GCREM, for the most part has been responsive, although, I have had to follow-up on maintenance request a couple of times in order to get them taken care of. That may have been a personnel issue as opposed to company related because the original property manager is no longer there and my request have been handled promptly since the current property manager came on board.

    I am very pleased with GCREM. Not only do you return phone calls (many management companies barely do even that), but you call out of the blue if there is something of concern. You are proactive. You actively figure ways to increase return for owners. In short, you manage property like an owner wants you to. Like it is your personal investment. Such management is NOT the norm in Pensacola. I have lost tens of thousands of dollars through the buffoonery of other companies. Not anymore. Thanks

    I am pleased with management's recruiting and management tenants in my properties. I am very pleased with the commission arrangement. The Appfolio app is useless. I can't log into it and can't understand how it arrives at its numbers when the manager provides me with printouts.. I would like to take advantage of the property maintenance but feel the maintenance person would not be able to respond in a timely fashion.
