    I have bought and sold 15 properties, the two times Craig has helped me sell a property were the best experience I ever had. He protected my interest and helped me in every which way I ever needed him. Craig is the greatest broker and kind hearted person I have ever met.

    Great broker, not your typical average over the top realtor, but a true professional with a calm, methodical approach. Our financer was failing to meet deadlines repeatedly causing us and the sellers a lot of consternation, but we were able to close the deal partly with Craig's calm steering and proficiency. In general business is based on trust, and I start from a position of minimal trust, having said that I would completely trust Craig for any future endeavors, which is my best endorsement.

    As a buyer’s agent Craig provided excellent service, guiding me through every step of the process of buying a home. After signing the final papers he noticed that the agreed to credit of $2000 to apply closing costs was missing and took action to get it corrected. Craig is an awesome, low pressure agent, who is a pleasure to work with and truly wants what is best for his clients. I highly recommend him whether you are buying or selling real estate.

    Very knowledgeable about structure and repairs - a refreshingly cautious approach that made me feel like I was being shown properties that were thoroughly vetted before we put in offers. Would recommend him to others!!

    My wife and I worked with Craig recently on the sale of our first home and the purchase of our new home. In short, Craig was awesome to work with. So much so that I've personally recommended him to several of our friends - one of which used him to purchase his first home!

    Upon our first meeting, Craig did a great job of listening to both my wife and I about our home requirements and really helped us to articulate what we were looking for in a new home. Additionally – Craig provided invaluable information on how we could improve the appeal of the property to be sold, including feedback about what restorations to perform, how to stage the home, and what to expect from the sales process.

    During the process of selling and buying our homes, Craig backed up every one of his suggestions in a manner that always left my wife and I with a sense of comfort and trust. Likewise, Craig would always take the time to explain in detail any questions that we may have had. Being a person who likes to be as informed as possible when making a decision, I was often impressed with the depth of knowledge that Craig happily provided when asked for his thoughts – including what to expect from negotiations, contractual questions, and recommendations for various service providers.

    When it came time to buying a home, we always felt that no matter how many locations we asked to view, or how many email inquiries we sent his way – Craig was always happy to show us around and help. To make the process even easier, he would often suggest great properties for us to view which always met the requirements we established with him early on.

    As a closing thought – another great aspect of working with Craig is that he intelligently utilizes technology to make the process of buying and selling a home much easier. Craig provided us with a personalized and curated MLS site which my wife and I could use to easily search for new properties and communicate with Craig any thoughts we had about certain listings. Every legal document that required signatures was handled electronically, making contractual processes possible using just a smart phone.

    I had a recent transaction with Craig and found him very responsive and proactive. Anytime something seemed like there could be an issue Craig had already made a back up plan just in case. Everything closed on time, I couldn't be happier.

    I am a loan officer who has worked with his fare share of realtors and can honestly say Craig is one of the good guys. He puts his clients needs at the forefront of the transaction and stayed in constant communication with me during the transaction to ensure that we were able to reach a smooth and punctual closing. We even had an issue come up on the property that the appraisal pointed out and were still able to close on time. Typically an appraisal issue sets the file back a week so that is truly saying a lot.
    If you are in the market to buy or sell, Craig is a great option that will care about you and your families goals.

    This was my first house buying experience and Craig walked me through the whole process with patience and confidence. One of the best things I can say about Craig is that he is genuine. You understand from your first interaction with Craig that he comes from a place of integrity. That is not easy to find in today's world. I was referred to Craig from another friend who could only say glowing things as well. He took the time to understand what I was looking for in a house, what I could compromise on or not, and why after 40 years I had even decided to buy a house. Not to mention buying in one of the most competitive markets. I remember telling him I really was just looking to understand the market a little better. At the very first house we went to see he walked me through why the roof might be problematic. Why the slope of the front yard could collect excess water. He questioned if I thought the backyard was going to be hard for my dog. All of these things that weren't meant to discourage me but to change my nervous thinking from the enormity of buying a house to the details of buying a good investment. He would send me listings each day and we would decide what to go see. The end of this story is that I bought a house 9 days after our first meeting. I saw about 20 houses in total - the house I bought was number 7. Craig was thorough. He got under houses with me to explain drainage - clearly important for Seattle. He checked fence lines and foundations of storage sheds. He noticed things a trained professional would notice and instead of glossing over those things made me understand how those things could affect my potential investment. Craig is patient, thoughtful about the process, and knows his business well. He even referred me to whom I ultimately used for financing. Craig is in for the long game and I appreciated that approach. I have since referred him to another friend and I am sure that chain will continue.
