Quality is stable, nothing surprising. Good quality food, nothing too special. I'd take my date to this restaurant because it's subtle and somewhat classy, price is reasonable and food options are "safe". Always love the horseradish that comes with prime rib, it's so fresh! You gotta get their sticky pudding it looks OK but tastes amazing.

I debated on giving less stars but I can't really complain about anything. The staff was awesome (except you had 3 servers doing different jobs) my drink server was the best, I didn't get anything cooked table side but I watch a lot of other people get served. I had calamari and escargot to start both were delicious and very old school. My meal was rack of lamb it was cooked to perfection! Bravo to the chef the complaint I may have was the gravy on the lamb it was seasoned well but something from the 90's which doesn't fit my personal taste but I ate the entire meal and enjoyed every bit. The wine selection was perfect my server helped us pick a bottle that would accommodate both meals at the table and it was a perfect pairing. The food and atmosphere is a high class 90s restaurant and they did a great job. If you are looking to be taken care of by servers and understand that the food isn't cutting edge definitely check it out.

We went for our 2 year anniversary. I chose the chianti to drink and it was fantastic. The food was wonderful and unique. The portions were large (which I don't mind) and each bite offered something new. I ordered the pork tenderloin filet minion. The potatoes were to die for. They surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries as we were celebrating a special day, and they even helped us to take some photos. Above and beyond. I was not expecting it to be so good as I have heard mixed reviews. But we will definitely be back.

My wife and I celebrated an anniversary here. It was our first time and we were very pleased with the service. It was very beautiful inside and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We enjoyed having our food prepared right in front of us. We highly recommend Michael's if you are celebrating a special occasion.

Four of us recently went to dinner prior to the Buddy Holly Story at the Grand Theatre. What an absolutely fantastic experience and really made for a memorable evening. The overall service on every level was nothing short of absolute professionalism. The atmosphere in the Dining room was extremely inviting, live pianist was wonderful. Allowed for plenty of conversation and laughs throughout. The food will make or break a Restaurant. All 4 of our meals were exceptional. Tableside Caesar Salad for 3 and one of the finest bowls of French Onion Soup I have every experienced in my 45 years. Entrees included a perfect medium rare Filet Mignon & New York Strip, Chicken Pasta, and without a doubt the star of the evening was the tableside Seafood “Vol-au-vant” presented in what looked like it was out of a Food Magazine. A red and white wine were suggested for dinner, both were fabulous. Wine list is great!

Classic Canadian with table-side salads. Not many places offer this anymore. The place is cozy and the view is great. I try to make it out here when I am in town for work.

Amazing Caesar salad. Delicious wine. Delicious entrées, Pickrell and rack of lamb. Desserts were the weak point. German chocolate cake lemon torte. Service excellent. Can't wait to come back for more Caesar salad!
