My was very happy with the nurses and aids caring for her and also loved all of the therapist what helped get her back on her feet and walking (Thank You Dave) and speech therapist. She is speaking clearly much better now. We have been to other Rehab’s and clearly this has been the best. When we sat down for a consultation, both my wife and myself were amazed on how detailed and took the time with us. The other Rehab’s; took only a few minutes with us but nothing in depth or detail as WH wow

Our mom has been a resident at Woodhaven for over a year now. We are THANKFUL each day that she is there! The front office staff are nice, knowledgeable and are available at all times to answer any questions, or always get you in touch with the right person as needed. The whole staff from top to bottom have been quick to help, solve any issues-which have been few, and work together in the best interest of our mom. The care conferences with Alison are informative and appreciated. The facility is always clean and being cleaned, there hasn't been a day where we have not seen their custodial staff working hard! Our mom loves the food, the dining staff are always helpful and really nice to make sure her dietary needs are met. If we want something for her, you just need to ask. We think the most important thing is her continuity with her aides, and her nurses. Diane and Sheila just to name a few.! They truly know our mom and care for her too! We know and trust that when we walk out the door, that she is okay and being well taken care of! We know that if there was a concern about our mom, they will be on it, and we would be notified immediately. This is so important and we just can't say it enough. The activities are plentiful each day, even though our mom can't do everything, Tammy and Tracy include her as much as possible and they are sweet, kind, and super nice! We as a family are blessed by the level of care that Woodhaven provides not only to our mom, but ALL the residents, for we see it on a daily basis from the entire staff. Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to voice our opinion. We hope it is helpful to other families. Jill H.

I was a patient from Jao5 thru January 29. My experience with your rehabilitation center was so extra special and the therapists in PT and OT were quite remarkable! Going that extra step for the patients!! Especially Dave, Kelly, Laurie, Mauvia, Arman, Vinnie, Jim, Dr Joseph!! Your going to be sorry you let good therapists go. The food was remarkable but cold at times but all and all I would recommend Woodhaven to any one looking for a nice rehab. My nurses such as Melba, Gloria, Tina. Rosemari

My mom was placed here after her hip replacement surgery. This place was awesome! They are an extremely well coordinated team .Their social worker down to the nurses and administration did a great job of taking care of my mom. They knew who she was before she arrived. They review everything with the family and kept me in their communications. The patient is well cared for. I cannot express appreciation enough. Thank you Woodhaven. Thank you.

The tables looked beautiful, the food was plentiful and delicious and the entire staff who served us was so friendly! We all had such a nice time! Everything I would hope to find for my mother in an assisted living environment is here at Woodhaven! These wonderful, caring people are an answer to a prayer!

My husband and I moved into the Woodpointe Independent Apartment in April 2010.  In 2010 he had a major stroke and was paralyzed on his right side and could no longer walk.  I moved him next door to the Woodhaven Health Services unit.  He received excellent care and rehab.  As his health deteriorated I moved him to Angela Hospice, where he passed away in May 2014.  I wish I had kept him at Woodhaven and had hospice take care of him there.  He had decent care at Angela Hospice but they never got him out of bed or dressed to be able to take him for walks outdoors.  Their food was awful!  It was also very convenient for me to be able to walk the short distance between Woodpointe and Woodhaven.  The grounds are lovely and he enjoyed my taking him for wheelchair walks.  The Woodhaven community gives me the opportunity to move to Woodhaven assisted living as I get older and need more help with daily living.

My name is Cheril Hartman.  Our Dad is now living in Enhanced Living at the Woodhaven Retirement Community.  In 2013 he moved into Woodpointe Independent Living.  He had a very nice comfy apartment.  He was happy there and made friends quickly. He was involved with the outings, birthday parties, etc  which are offered on a regular basis.  It immediately felt like home.  Meals were offered - He usually would have breakfast and lunch in his apartment and dinner in the dining room. The food was tasty and a chance to socialize with others. One of the best things about Woodhaven Retirement community (and there are many) is the continuum of care.  We had to move him to Assisted Living as his needs increased.  It was a bit  of an adjustment but before we knew it he  was adjusted and making new friends - plus many of the friends he had made at Woodpointe  were starting to move over to Woodhaven. He had all his meals in the dining room.  He had stomach problems for decades.  The nutritionist  did wonders with his diet! He no longer has stomach issues! The activities staff is wonderful - fun things offered throughout the day! From the directors to the Woodpointe/Woodhaven employees I cannot say enough about the weight they have lifted from out shoulders. We have kids and grandbabies out of state ~ We know our Dad is always in good hands.Another huge plus is their Rehab staff.  They have helped my Dad through many health situations to restore as much strength an mobility as possible.  They work with the residents with such humor and care ~ It makes rehab the best it can be for seniors. The time came for him to move to Enhanced Living the memory care unit. Of course it was a transition - they all again helped him and us to adjust.Thank you Woodhaven!!

This has to be one of the best retirement homes I have been to. Did a great job with my great uncle Palazzolo. Thank you and five stars for cleanliness, smiling faces and prompt service.

Wonderful facility, my loved one is gone but I still enjoy going back for visits. The staff is like family and the owner even sponsored my friends bike event. They are all very involved with their community inside and outside of the facility.
