Date Of Review: May 15, 2018I am completely satisfied with the end result. Kim did great service recovery by seeing and addressing the collar that needed to be placed under the chimney cap. Great work. I was not impressed with 1) being given the impression I had an existing problem with my chimney flute, when in fact I did not and 2) the inconsistent communication throughout the process, i.e., promised a visit and call and neither happened without follow up. The process could have been more customer-focused. Thank you.
