    Nikki's workshop "Converting Consultations into Paying Clients" was jam-packed with useful, actionable techniques designed to build relationships that result in closed business.     Being an entrepreneur for over 6 years, I wish I had met Nikki in the beginning. I would have made a LOT more money by not missing out on the buying signals she has taught me! She goes deep into the psychology and reasons why potential clients say no and how to gently change their way of thinking without being pushy or sounding salesy.     Nikki customized an amazing training for our board of directors. We have a number of new board members and as a small organization one of our biggest challenges is building curiosity about our organization. Nikki's training was just what we needed. She helped the board to understand that it was o.k. to talk about Clothes For Kids and gave them some great techniques to build stories and create curiosity. My favorite part of the training was about setting intention. Nikki was great!

    I recently had Nikki conduct sales training for my staff. The training was great! She had all of my managers engaged throughout the entire module and many of them left wanting more. Every person walked away with several new techniques to enhance their sales skills. I highly recommend Nikki!

    Nikki has a wealth of information and great ideas to share! She is upbeat and makes her presentations fun. The topics are beneficial, although it was not very applicable to my specific field.     Nikki's classes were beneficial not only on a professional level but also on a personal one. Topics like Building Rapport, Delivering Information and Effective E-mail Techniques were amongst my favorite. All of them focus on how to engage better with people and build good relationships. Nikki was always professional, punctual, caring, and delivered her presentations in a clear way. She was always willing to share her experiences and be available for questions after the class and by e-mail.
