  • UPDATE: After posting my initial review Matt the Director of Operations contacted me shortly thereafter. Tom did a great job installing the service this afternoon. The internet speed exceeded specs and my expectations. I’m very happy with the turnaround and service. My neighbors use Hudson Valley WireLess and love it compared to Hughes Net. I really want to switch from Hughes Net. Over the past week I’ve called Hudson Valley Wireless twice and emailed. I can’t anyone on the phone to schedule installation. Every time I call I’m told “sales team is on lunch break” at 2:30 in the afternoon. I left my information and I didn’t get any call back. What’s it take for me to give my money to them to get internet service hooked up at my house, or at the very least schedule installation?

    I have been with HVW for around 2 years and found them to be reliable. Their new Nitro service blows me away. It is super fast (visibly faster than the previous service), priced the same as before and bandwidth restrictions have been removed. I now stream TV and music and have eliminated expensive satelite service. If cable ever comes to the sticks, I'll stay with HVW and tell them where to put the cable. Saving money in the sticks!!!

    The installer TJ did a excellent job. He explained everything he did clearly to me. I will recommend HVW to everyone looking for internet service.

    Have been a customer for around 2 years and found the service to be very reliable. I started the new Nitro system last week and was blown away by the speed. I can now stream uninterrupted to my smart TV. This lets me get away from the outrageous cost of DirecTv and still see the "cable tv" shows that I want' Time-Warner now Spectrum wanted $3000 to run cable to our country location. If they decide to run it now, I'm staying with you, and will tell Spectrum where they can put their cable.

    Tom did our install. Was prompt showing up and did an excellent job. We've only had it for a week but so far its been great! The Customer Service has been very great also.

    Installation fee is too high but that’s my only issue.
