    Installation technician was efficient and the process took less than the 3 hours that was quoted when I made the appointment. Tech was polite and professional and we discussed where unit would be located to minimize wires running through the house. I was very happy with the installation process and I can happily connect to the internet from anywhere in my home.

    Great service for rural areas.

  • Been using HVW for over 3 years now, and we could not live without it. Service keeps getting better and better. In fact, this is the first year we did NOT notice any slow downs or congestion during the Xmas break. My son received 5 new Xbox games this year and the 20GB of downloads came at full speed! Keep it up!

  • UPDATE: After posting my initial review Matt the Director of Operations contacted me shortly thereafter. Tom did a great job installing the service this afternoon. The internet speed exceeded specs and my expectations. I’m very happy with the turnaround and service. My neighbors use Hudson Valley WireLess and love it compared to Hughes Net. I really want to switch from Hughes Net. Over the past week I’ve called Hudson Valley Wireless twice and emailed. I can’t anyone on the phone to schedule installation. Every time I call I’m told “sales team is on lunch break” at 2:30 in the afternoon. I left my information and I didn’t get any call back. What’s it take for me to give my money to them to get internet service hooked up at my house, or at the very least schedule installation?
