We were referred to Learning Strategies from our physician's office who had worked with the team with their own child. We have an eight year old son who was having trouble with math. He had entered the "I don't like math...." zone. We had reached our end, feeling frustrated, and believing what we were facing was a discipline issue. Soon after meeting the instructor "Will" our son began his side track questions...without missing a beat, the instructor knew EXACTLY how to address his questions and provided the correct level of detail before moving back to topic. The instructor was able to win our son's trust and help him understand math and the universe. We began seeing expediential improvements and math homework time decreased to 30 minutes unsupervised from 2 hrs. Five weeks after our last instruction and we continue to reap the benefits with self-esteem and he is much happier. His last test score was 91%, this evening. We are thankful for their assistance.

Our daughter was fortunate enough to see Lynn and Will on a weekly basis for about 18 months after being diagnosed with dyslexia. She spent a year going to the office once a week and when our lives became more hectic, she was able to participate in her weekly sessions online. Overall, we have a fourth grader who no longer struggles with spelling, loves to read, and refers to pieces of information she learned from Will quite often! This gift was priceless!
