Twice I’ve used my service plan and both times I was extremely pleased with their service and coverage. I don’t regret one bit purchasing RV extended warranty service from this company. First class!

I've had a Wholesale Warranties extended service contract on my diesel motorhome for over 5 years and have always had fast, agreeable, and responsive support from them. I only wish I could have continued my powertrain warranty with them after I got to 110K miles. They're easy to work with and fair.

My power steps needed to be replaced and I took my RV to a small repair shop that I like. They had never dealt with Wholesale Warranties but it turned out to be easy and seamless - for both of us. My repair guy said he had no problems whatsoever getting approval for the repair/replacement. The repair and reimbursement were completed within 2 days. Needless to say I was extremely happy. They did what they promised when I bought the policy 2 years ago.

We have had to use our service warranty with Wholesale Warranties 4 times in the 1st year. I am delighted to tell you that each instance has been pleasant, helpful very efficient. In 3 of the instances WW paid the repair company direct with me only paying the deductable and shop fees. The only service company that would not take direct payment from WW was Freightliner so I had to pay the entire bill with a credit card. I was pleased to receive a check from WW in 4 days for their portion of the bill. I was a skeptic when I bought the service warranty because I am not a betting man or fan of insurance but I am so happy I did and will use WW in the future without hesitation.

I had my doubts that any warranty company would meet our needs for our RV. I waited to write this review because I thought "well they paid for the first claim fine but what will they do next?" Wholesale Warranties and the Viking Protection Plan have been consistently sound in their business dealings with me and the honoring of our warranty with them. We have a 2011 Newmar Baystar that has had "its share" of problems. When covered, Wholesale Warranties has come through on each claim in a courteous and professional manner.

This is my second motor home insured through Wholesale Warranties with the Viking Plan and I couldn't be more satisfied. They are a pleasure to speak with and repairs are done without a hassle. I will continue to recommend them to RVing friends.

I've only experienced one claim at this time but it was hassle free and handled quickly. I would recommend Wholesale Warranties to anyone.

The five stars are for Wholesale Warranties, their company did what they said would, and took care of a repair to our Motor home. We had just recently purchased the motor home used. My complaint was with the RV Repair Shop Double Eagle RV repair on Bolder Hwy in Las Vegas. I saw their add in Sams Town RV Park brochure, so I took our RV there. We talked to a lady at first, in my opinion she seemed to know what she was talking about as I wanted a few things done to our motor home. We went back to the shop to check on the progress and found that she no longer worked there, the guy we talked to seemed to not know what was going on even making a statement that he was just placed into the job and didn't know what was going on, said he needed time to go through the paperwork to get things straight, sounded reasonable to me so we said we would check back in a couple of days, which we did. He didn't know any more then than he knew before, I went over the things I asked to be done with our motor home such as the Generator Serviced including the belt changed, a leak on the roof fixed, mirrors tightened and the Hydraulic Jacks looked at (they were not working right when we purchased it) we also needed the turn signal switch replaced. The total bill they charged was $1721.00. ( it must be noted that Wholesale Warranties with the exception of my $200.00 deductible paid for the replacement of the turn signal) When we finally went to pick up the motor home I asked what was done and was told the leak on the roof, (they had to replace some caulking around the air horn and antenna) generator serviced, mirrors tightened, turn signal replaced and the hydraulic jacks were ok. After they brought the motor home out I inspected it and found the mirrors not tightened, where they replaced the caulking on the roof, they used white caulking and I have a black roof you can imagine how that looked, and the hydraulic jacks were doing the same thing they were doing when I took it in. I brought this to their attention and was told to let the them keep it overnight and they would fix this stuff. So for $1721.00 minus my $200.00 deductible, I got my Generator Serviced, mirrors finally tightened and some black paint put on the caulk just where you can see it from the ground, as far as the hydraulic jacks they are still doing the same thing. In my opinion I would stay away from this place.

Wholesale Warranty is everything I was told they are when I purchased my policy. I have had 4 claims in three years totaling about $10,000. I have never had a problem of any kind arranging repair services. In fact, we were at an RV repair facility in Chesapeake, Va. They seriously resisted accepting warranty policies for repairs. They wanted my creditcard first. In the end, the facility office manager praised their claim experience with Wholesale Warranty's service center. Payment was made with clear and reasonable justifications, unlike past experiences with other well known warranty companies. Thank you Wholesale Warranty, I am a happy camper.
